SHIPPING

I strive to get your order to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Here's what you need to know about shipping:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing in addition to transit days for delivery.
  • Shipping times vary based on your location; items are shipped from Boston, MA.
  • Choose your preferred shipping option during checkout.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery times, you will be notified via email.

RETURNS:

I want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's Sand + Salt's return policy:

  • Items must be unworn and in the same condition as when they were shipped.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery.
  • A refund will be issued AFTER receipt and inspection of the returned jewelry to ensure it's in acceptable condition.
  • Please note that items on sale are nonreturnable & nonrefundable.
  • 100% of shipping costs go directly towards shipping your package, so please note that these fees are nonrefundable.
  • To initiate a return, please use the contact form, and include your order #.

CORRECT ADDRESSES:

To ensure your order reaches you on time, please provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you need to make changes before your order is shipped:

  • You may request a change in the shipping address.
  • To do so, fill out a contact form with your name and order number.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, I cannot make any adjustments or redirect it.

Please double-check your delivery address, including your name and full address (including unit/apartment/PO Box number, if applicable).

MISSING PACKAGES:

While rare, if a package goes missing in transit, here's what you need to know:

  • Sand + Salt is not responsible for lost packages.
  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier and provide them with your tracking information.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Please ensure to take clear images of the damaged product and packaging to submit with your claim. Sand + Salt cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during transit. Your understanding is appreciated!
